Terms of service

These terms apply when you use VixBooks.com and its products: Accounting & Finance, Real Estate Builders CRM, Wholesale Distribution and Property & Rental Management. By signing up or using them you accept these terms.

Free trial and subscriptions

• Every product has a free 30-day trial. No payment is taken during the trial.
• After the trial you can choose a plan: US$14.99 a month, US$99 a year, or US$499 one-time, as shown on the product's Billing page. Payments are handled by Stripe and may be shown in your local currency.
• Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Your account

• Keep your password safe and give access only to people you trust. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Give correct information when you sign up and keep it up to date.

Your data

The business data you enter belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy. You can export it, and ask us to delete it when you leave.

Fair use

Do not use the products for anything illegal, to send spam, to break the security of the service, or to access other companies' data. We may suspend an account that does.

Service availability

We work to keep the products available and secure and to back up data, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features over time.

Responsibility

The products help you keep your records; you remain responsible for your business decisions, tax filings and legal obligations. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top and tell account owners about important changes before they apply.
